Hi, my name is Natasha and I am a body therapist. I work with the body to bring about balance, inner peace and promote deep healing.
I use a range of modalities including Energy Healing - Reiki, TRE, Breathwork and movement.
I truly believe that releasing emotions and tension from the body is key to achieving optimum mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Chronic stress and a build-up of negative emotions and tension can overwhelm our nervous system, which can display in negative mental health states and body ailments. If we do not find a way to discharge the emotional and physical charge created in our bodies, and we ignore the aches, pains and ailments, they can become deeply intrenched, harder to reach and can lead to serious long-term physical and mental health issues.
My passions lie in helping clients become embodied, live more in the present, have greater self-awareness and better manage stressful or anxious emotions and feelings.
My treatment works perfectly in tandem with talking therapy.

Breathwork Coaching - 1:1 and small groups
As we go about our daily lives, many of us unlearn our natural breathing practice. We may breathe on average between 21,000 – 30,000 breaths a day. However, to breathe optimally and get the most out of this precious resource, we could be breathing between 6,000 to 12,000 breaths a day instead.
Connecting to our conscious breath and setting up a daily practice can change the way we feel, live, connect to ourself and others and support our overall wellbeing. The breath is the only part of the autonomic nervous system that we have control off and which is able to potentially lower blood pressure, improve digestion, manage PMS and migraine symptoms, our posture and assist with mental illness, to name a few.
I run 1:1 and group workshops helping you understand the power of your own breath and teach you simple breathwork practices to integrate into your daily life.

TRE – 1:1 and small groups
Emotional distress, chronic anxiety, long-term stress and traumatic life experiences (be they one-off or a series of) are stored deep in our nervous system if we do not find a way to release them. In order to access these and release them from our bodies we need to get to the physiological cause.
Over time humans have been taught to stop showing emotions and push down the body’s impulses to naturally dispel energetic charges, emotions and tension. We hold back tears and we have stopped our natural impulse to shake. By swallowing our feelings, our nervous system can become overwhelmed and dysregulated causing painful tension, physiological illness and mental health issues.
Tension/Trauma Release Exercises (or TRE®) involves a set of physical exercises with shaking designed to help the body release tension and stress, particularly from the muscles.
Whether tension has built up in the body through sitting at a desk 8 hours a day, a stressful period in your life or a traumatic experience, it works wonders at rebalancing the nervous system and shifting the balance towards the parasympathetic response (rest & digest), promoting relaxation and overall well-being.
