Thursdays 5.45pm - 6.45pm Yin Yoga, Sundays 5pm - 6pm Slow Flow Yoga

In today’s world, it’s easy to feel disconnected to our bodies. We forget how to breathe naturally and get used to anxious and fast breathing. Therefore, my yoga classes focus on changing that and making peace with our bodies.

 

Both classes are designed to reconnect with your body and breath. While the Yin Yoga class on Sundays is a slow class focusing more on letting go and preparing for the week ahead, the Thursday evening classes are usually slow flows with an intention.

 

I would love to welcome you in my classes, so we can find the balance between body, breath and everyday life together.
