Physiotherapy uses an evidence based approach to treat pain and stiffness in your muscles, joints, soft tissues and nerves. Physiotherapy is unique to each individual, its main aim is to help people achieve their maximum potential through movement and function. Whether you want to return to sports, lift your new baby more comfortably, or walk up the stairs Physiotherapy can help you achieve your goals.

A specialist assessment lasting up to 45 minutes will be conducted to establish the root cause of your problem.  

What Can We Treat?

  • Back, Neck and Spinal pain (Whiplash, Discs, Muscle Pain, Postural Related Pain or Chronic Pain)
  • Sports Injuries (Tendon and Ligament Sprains, Acute Muscle Injuries/Tears, Overuse Injuries)
  • Post Surgery or Fracture Rehab (Muscles, Joints, Nerves, Ligaments, Tendons)
  • Pregnancy and Post Pregnancy Related Conditions


What To Expect?

The initial assessment will normally require up to 45 minutes depending on the complexity of your problem.  A thorough assessment will be undertaken, and the diagnosis and findings will be discussed with you. A treatment plan will then be agreed with you, which focuses on enabling you to achieve your personal goal.

It is advisable to bring a pair of shorts, or for ladies to wear a vest top depending on where your problem area is.


Treatment sessions normally last 30 minutes.  During these sessions your problem will be reviewed and treatment conducted.

Louise uses a wide range of treatment techniques to address your specific problem, these may include:
