Sunday 16th September; 10am - 1pm
This workshop is designed for the many people who find it difficult make the
transition from wakefulness to sleep. Yoga offers many solutions (including
postures, breathing exercises and other techniques) which can shift the nervous
system into a more ideal state for sleeping.
During the short break we will sample some relaxing tea and discuss natural
herbal and homepathic solutions to this age old problem. Each student will
leave with a toolkit of exercises and natural remedies to try at home next
time they find themselves counting sheep!

If you have a stiff neck or tight jaw, this is the workshop for you! We commonly
hold a lot of tension in these areas, yet we go through life, not really thinking
about why. We take it for granted that we are "stresssed" until we
suffer from a cricked neck or a sensation of having a lump in our throat. In
this workshop we will look at the various ways in which we can release blocked
energy in the very delicate area of the throat chakra, as well as having a
glimpse into why we may be holding on there.

Sunday 25th November; 10am-1pm
A workshop for those who would like to explore yoga breathing techniques in
a gentle, meditative way. Rather than learning a prescribed method, we will
look at ways of enticing the breath to move through us in different ways, opening
up and releasing energy blockages and shifting our perception of the world.
We will practice a series of postures to open up to the breath, and follow
this with a gentle investigation of classical breathing techniques using visualisations
to guide us.
This workshop is ideal for everyone. Early booking is recommended,
