Gaia Healing

What is Gaia Healing and How Does It Work?
Gaia Healing is an energy that works on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

The practitioner acts as a channel, through which universal energy flows through the heart and hands to the individual. This energy transfer promotes healing.

Gaia facilitates the release of emotional trauma and physical discomforts. Recovery from sports injuries can be speed up with Gaia.

Illness held within the body can be released with Gaia helping individuals regain physical harmony.

Gaia works to help clients heal so that they can walk more lightly through life to experience more joy, happiness and peace.

What to expect
A Gaia consultation lasts for one hour. During treatment, the client lays fully clothed on a treatment table. Some people may experience themselves dropping into deep relaxation, others releasing emotions, others fall into a deep sleep, some see visions or spirit guides.

After the treatment, information is shared between the client and practitioner. This often helps the client to process anything that they may have experienced during the treatment so that they can consolidate healing that they have received. Intuitive diagnosis may be provided at this point during the consultation, if requested by the client.

Why Gaia?
Gaia works in the same fashion as conventional Reiki. Gaia grounds the practitioner, enabling an increased amount of energy to flow through the hands. This helps facilitate an individual's healing in a shorter period of time.

Chris Groom practices Gaia Healing at the Haelan Centre; he is covering for Lara Grove, while she is on maternity leave.
