Flower, Gem and Crystal Essences
Flower, gem and crystal essences are a very pure and natural way to help
us balance how we are thinking and feeling in the moment. These have ancient
origins in many cultures, but were particularly known to be used in India
and Egypt. They were rediscovered by Dr Edward Bach, a Harley Street consultant
and Homeopath in the 1930s. He worked with 38 flower remedies, each working
with an individual’s different state of mind and emotions. Through
his work, Bach believed the true cause of illness and diseases lay in
the mental and emotional patterns through which we view ourselves and
the world around us.
As well as the established Bach
Flower Remedies there are a whole realm of other potent flower, crystal
and gem essences. Each of which has a distinct vibrational property working
on different aspects of the human psyche. They work to bring harmony and
wellbeing to all aspects of our lives.
After a consultation, individual bottle of remedies can be made of both
the bach flower remedies and the deeper acting essences. Drops are taken
on the tongue or in water several times a day. Bach flower remedies can
be taken on their own or together with the deeper acting essences. Consultations
for flower remedies can also be performed on the telephone.
