Pregnancy Yoga with Anna WisePractising yoga can help to enhance your experience of both pregnancy and birth. Yoga can help to counteract some of the physical discomforts of pregnancy as well as helping to tone and stretch the body in preparation for birth. It also balances the emotions and aids relaxation bringing benefits to you and your unborn child.
