Chi Gung Classes
It includes: 1. Exercises for opening and mobilising the body and joints Chi Kung is easy to learn and the movements are simple, often inspired by the forms of animals or nature. Each movement created has an intention of moving Chi within our body. Chi Kung is linked to Acupuncture and Shiatsu as it uses the same conceptual framework of the meridian system (channels) through which energy flows. Chi Kung is also associated with Toaist and Buddhist philosophies and practices. With regular practice, Chi Kung has physical, mental and emotional benefits. Some of the benefits of practicing Chi Kung regularly are: 1. Increased energy Chi Kung is open to all levels of fitness as you will determine the pace of your class.
