Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is an uplifting and powerful healing art, which combines
acupressure, applied yoga and assisted stretching. It gives a very through
energetic re-balancing (experiences mentally and emotionally), as well
as releasing physical tension and restoring well-being. Both the pressure
work and the stretches are adaptable in degree of intensity depending
on the needs and preferences of the Client.
Thai Yoga Massage leaves the body feeling lighter and more mobile, whilst
the mind and emotions are cleared of clutter. Patients have more energy,
sleep better, are more flexible and well-aligned. They feel happier, calmer
and more focused. Treatments can be undertaken to positively maintain
and develop robust health and well-being, and also to address a range
of problems including:
- Muscular tension and immobility throughout the body, especially lower
back pain, upper back pain, neck and shoulder pain
- Knee pain
- Sciatica
- Stress
- Fatigue / lethargy
- Depression
- Feeling generally ‘out of sorts’
- Post-traumatic stress
- SAD
- High and low blood pressure
- Poor body posture and alignment
