A consultation involves both Ella Owen (Nutritional Therapist/Kinesiologist) and Vanessa Brogan (Homeopath). In a session Ella and Vanessa use kinesiology muscle testing to assess food intolerances, nutritional imbalances and to pinpoint the remedies needed. Remedies may include homeopathic remedies, complex homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements and flower/gem essences. We may offer dietary recommendations. These sessions aim to support your health on a deep level.
