Individuals coming for therapy will be offered a safe and confidential setting to explore their feelings. They will also be given feedback on the impact of their way of relating in the room. The therapy consists of at least two distinct parts:  what the person is feeling and struggling with and how they then relay that, their manner, how they relate in the room.

The process of therapy can be a struggle, can be exciting and challenging, can even be boring at times. But it is also a journey in which the relationship is the means of change.

Ray is a psychotherapist and counsellor at the Haelan Clinic.
